With over 20 years of leadership in the sports industry, Laurent Fricker turns uncertainty into growth by betting on agility and fast decision-making in complex environments. As VP Originals, Basketball & Partnerships Europe at adidas, he oversees a €3 billion portfolio and leads brand, product, and consumer strategies across Europe. He has led three strategic product launches, each backed by €15 million in marketing, delivering record market share gains. Previously, he drove the transformation of adidas Outdoor in Europe and managed the divestiture of Reebok Europe from the adidas Group to NGG, overseeing 142 team members across 9 countries and €500 million in revenue. Over 15 years at adidas and Reebok, he held leadership roles in product, sales, and merchandising. As Lifestyle Sales Director in France, he led a team of 40 sales reps and delivered two consecutive years of growth. His leadership philosophy centers on simplicity in the face of complexity and the ability to change course as context demands , an agility that has earned him recognition as a courageous leader in uncertain times.
