Pierre-Henri Cumenge leads a team of 70 experts as co-founder and CTO of Theodo Data & AI (formerly Sicara), specializing in responsible AI and data engineering. Since joining Theodo in 2011, he has played a key role in supporting both startups (Blablacar, Contentsquare) and major corporations (Dassault, PMU, LVMH) in their digital transformation through the company's offices in Paris, London, and New York. Their approach combines agile methodology inspired by Lean principles with cutting-edge technology implementation. In 2016, he co-founded the group's Data & AI branch. As an active member of the data experts community, he regularly shares insights on responsible AI implementation best practices, bridging technical excellence with business impact. A graduate of Ăcole Polytechnique with a PhD in Mathematics, his academic background reinforces his expertise in complex technical solutions.
